Plight Club worked with Life + Me to help facilitate clarity around target customer, value proposition and business model with regards to gaining investment.

Working with InHouse records Plight Club funds enabled them to map out how their customers (inmates and prison staff) engaged with their product and highlighted changes to increase the effectiveness of the programme.

As with lots of small businesses, time is short. Plight Club funded a session with a consultant which helped to prioritise their ‘road map’ for 2019/20 and provide time management techniques to give structure to their day-to-day ways of working.

Plight Club helped the Borough Men’s Group find a space to host their bi-monthly meetings.
